“You heavens above, rain down my righteousness;
let the clouds shower it down.
Let the earth open wide,
let salvation spring up,
let righteousness flourish with it;
I, the Lord, have created it."[Isaiah 45:8 NIV]5 THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:1. Like it or not, we are ALL sinners: As the Scriptures say, “No one is righteous—not even one. No one is truly wise; no one is seeking God. All have turned away; all have become useless. No one does good, not a single one.” (Romans 3:10-12 NLT)2. The punishment for sin is death: When Adam sinned, sin entered the world. Adam’s sin brought death, so death spread to everyone, for everyone sinned. (Romans 5:12 NLT)3. Jesus is our only hope: But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. (Romans 5:8 NLT) For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 6:23 NLT)4. SALVATION is by GRACE through FAITH in JESUS: God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. (Ephesians 2:8-10 NLT)5. Accept Jesus and receive eternal life: If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. (Romans 10:9 NLT) But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God. (John 1:12 NLT) And this is what God has testified: He has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have God’s Son does not have life. (1 John 5:11-12 NLT)Read the Bible for yourself. Allow the Lord to speak to you through his Word. YOUR ETERNITY IS AT STAKE!

Kolimbithres Beach, Paros, Greece
Kolimbithres Paros: The beach of Kolimbithres is one of the most famous beaches of Paros and is located in the huge bay of Naoussa, or Plastira Bay. This beach is particularly impressive because of the huge blocks of granite boarding it, sculpted into strange smooth shapes by the sea and the wind over the centuries. Many consider it as one of the most beautiful Greece beaches.Small sandy coves are lining one after another, constituting the beach of Kolimbithres (whose name means swimming pools), and allowed, sometimes, to some lucky ones to have their own private tiny bay. Sunbeds and umbrellas can be hired in some of the beaches and some water sports facilities are even available.A few beach bars and taverns can be found along the road leading to the beach. Kolimbithres can be reached from the asphalted road (by local bus or private transportation) or by small fishing boats (caiques) which leave regularly from the port of Naoussa.

Kuilei Cliffs Beach from Diamond Head Lookout - Oahu, Hawaii
Kuilei Cliffs Beach Park lies at the foothills of Diamond Head, between the Diamond Head Lighthouse and the residential community of Ka'alawai.The 11-acre beach park has a narrow beach backed by sea cliffs. The beach sand has a greenish hue and glitters in the sun. The sand along this stretch of coastline has already made an impression to early sailors. In 1825, British sailors noticed small sparkling calcite crystals in the beach sand along the crater's foothills and sea cliffs. They named the crater Diamond Hill. This name was later changed to Diamond Head. This is how the crater got its English name.There are three popular drive-in lookouts along Diamond Head Road that offer sweeping views of this stretch of coastline (like the photograph above). To get to the beach, walk down the paved trail, located between two of the lookouts. The swimming conditions aren't good here because the nearshore ocean bottom is shallow and has a reef. However, this beach is a surfers' paradise as the reef generates waves almost every day and it is a lot less crowded here than in Waikiki. When the tradewinds are strong, this area is also popular among windsurfers.www.to-hawaii.com/oahu/beaches/kuileicliffs.phpCan you spot all the surfers?Three bracketed photos were taken with a handheld Nikon D7200 and combined with Photomatix Pro to create this HDR image. Additional adjustments were made in Photoshop CS6."For I know the plans I have for you", declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." --Jeremiah 29:11The best way to view my photostream is through Flickriver with the following link: www.flickriver.com/photos/photojourney57/

Golden Hour at Gordon’s Bay
As the sun melts into the horizon, Gordon’s Bay transforms into a masterpiece—where every wave reflects the sky’s final brushstroke.Gordon’s Bay, nestled between the Hottentots Holland Mountains and False Bay, is a picturesque harbor town in South Africa’s Western Cape. It was named after Colonel Robert Jacob Gordon, a Dutch explorer and soldier of Scottish descent who served in the Dutch East India Company.The area’s earliest inhabitants were the San and Khoikhoi peoples, who lived off the land and sea. Archaeological finds, like the shell heap discovered in Hendon Park in 1967, reveal a rich pre-colonial history of marine foraging. European settlers later dubbed these coastal dwellers “Strandlopers,” or beachcombers.In the 20th century, Gordon’s Bay evolved from a quiet fishing village into a popular holiday destination. It’s home to the South African Naval College and features the iconic “GB” sign on the mountainside, originally representing “General Botha,” the name of the naval training base. Today

Grasstree Beach - 180 Panorama
*Grasstree Beach is a coastal township, 13 km north-east of the town of Sarina and 30 km south of Mackay.The Grasstree Beach area originally formed part of Cliftonville Station, a pastoral run taken up by Edmund Atherton, one of the Sarina district's original European settlers. In 1865 an ex-Victorian gold miner working on the station discovered a gold nugget on the property, a discovery kept quiet so as to avoid the damage it was feared a gold rush would bring.Twenty-one years later, however, James Muggleton, a local pastoralist and gold fossicker made a further discovery in the foothills of the Grassstree Beach area. By 1889 the Zelma Production Company had been formed for the purposes of mining the precious metal, around which the small township of Zelma evolved.The name taken from the daughter of one of the area's early European settlers, Zelma had a butcher, grocery store, two hotels, a bakery, police station and school, the latter which closed in 1896 and was subsequently relocated to nearby Alligator Creek (where a state school continues to this day). An Acting Post Master was also appointed to serve the township, although its fortunes were relatively short lived. Mining returns abated, and the township wound down in the 1890s. Settlers relocated, particularly to Plane Creek (Sarina), which with the establishment of the Plane Creek Sugar Mill in the mid-1890s offered surer business and economic prospects than Zelma's declining gold mines.*https://queenslandplaces.com.au/grasstree-beach
Grasstree Beach today is a popular holiday and recreational destination. With a long, safe beach and views across Zelma Bay to the Palm Islands and bulk ore carriers servicing the Hay Point coal loading facility, it attracts both locals and visitors. It has a shop, camping reserve, picnic area and a boat ramp. A progress association serves the interests of the locals, and beach motorbike races are hosted annually. It is also the centre for the local prawn and fishing industry, including a prawn hatchery.

A colour edited Another Place sculptures by Antony Gormley on Crosby Beach, north of Liverpool in Merseyside.Another Place consists of 100 cast-iron, life-size figures spread out along three kilometres of the foreshore, stretching almost one kilometre out to sea. The figures, each one weighing 650 kilos, are made from casts of the artist's own body standing on the beach, all of them looking out to sea, staring at the horizon in silent expectation.Having previously been seen in Cuxhaven in Germany, Stavanger in Norway and De Panne in Belgium, 'Another Place' is now a permanent feature in the UK, at Crosby Beach.According to Antony Gormley, Another Place harnesses the ebb and flow of the tide to explore man's relationship with nature. He explains: The seaside is a good place to do this. Here time is tested by tide, architecture by the elements and the prevalence of sky seems to question the earth's substance. In this work human life is tested against planetary time.This sculpture exposes to light and time the nakedness of a particular and peculiar body. It is no hero, no ideal, just the industrially reproduced body of a middle-aged man trying to remain standing and trying to breathe, facing a horizon busy with ships moving materials and manufactured things around the planet.Information Source:

The seaside town of Tenby, on the western side of Carmarthen Bay, in Pembrokeshire, South Wales.Tenby has a long history. It may have started its career as a Norse settlement but by the 9th-century it was a Welsh stronghold, who attractions were celebrated in a noble Welsh poem in praise of Dinbych-y-pysgod (Tenby of the Fishes).The Normans seized Tenby and henceforth it become part of "Little England beyond Wales". The castle was built on the headland that juts out between the North Sand and the South Sands. The ruins still crown Castle Hill overlooking Tenby harbour with panoramic views across Carmarthen bay to Worms Head and the Gower Peninsula. Amongst the fragments walls is the Welsh national memorial to Prince Albert, Consort to Queen Victoria, inaugurated by Prince Arthur in 1865.Tenby become a walled town in the 13-century and the walls were strengthened in 1457 and again during the Armada scare in 1588. The line of walls is best seen from the South Parade where the main gate with its remarkable five-arched entrance, is well preserved. During the Civil War the town was captured by the Parliamentarians in 1644 and retaken in 1648 after defecting during the Second Civil War. It was twice bombarded from the sea.Wealthy Victorians later provided the finance to develop the town into one of Britain's most attractive holiday resorts. They came to Tenby for the good of their health, but it was the birth of the coming railway in 1866 which saw the growth of tourists.Tenby's 15th century Tudor Merchant's House is the oldest furnished residence in the town. Standing on Quay Hill, between the harbour and Tudor square, its authentic furniture and fittings recreate the atmosphere of the period and illustrate the way a successful Tudor merchant and his family would have live. Three of the interior walls bear the remains of early Frescoes. Owned and managed by the National Trust, the house is open between March and October.St Catherine's Fort lies on a small island just off Tenby's South Beach. It was built in the 1860s to protect the Pembrokeshire coast from possible invasion by France. There are gun embrasures down both the Northern and Southern sides. It was never called to action and was eventually sold and has been many things since including a zoo.Information Source:

Returning to the beach of Traigh Mhor on the west coast of the Isle of Harris in the Outer Hebrides. This day had seen us going from rain to sun and back again a number of times. As sunset approached this band of weather was moving north, allowing the Sun to reveal the details in the clouds.An exposure time of one second reveals the motions of the water as the waves break over the rocks and along this sloping shoreline.
