Customizablility, customer support, design quality, flexibility, feature availability, documentation quality - full marks on all of these. A great plugin in every respect. Code quality and bugs I cannot rate - I don't understand enough about coding. But everything has always worked, without fail. A rating in itself. There's nothing that comes close to this plugin for galleries as far as I am concerned. The features for Posts/WooCommerce Product galleries are especially fantastic and useful. The customer support has always been fantastic as well.
