This is a great product, with all the options you could want/need, but what really garners this 5-star review is your *utterly awesome* customer support. You respond so quickly comments/questions and seem genuinely interested in how I'm using the plugin and whether a way you're thinking of adding functionality would be useful. Your plugin is so utterly configurable I often try hacking before realizing you already covered it. I found your setting in the lightbox settings for loading the custom box on mobile or not. Great work.
