Firsh spent several weeks (including holiday season) with my problem. His efforts were truly above and beyond what I have come to expect for software support. Of course, I was desperate in resolving issues (I was to blame!...failed to embed sRGB profile into my photos!) because JIG is, by a wide margin, the best photo gallery plugin available for WordPress.
