I've been using this plugin for almost a month now. Admittedly I was at first perplexed by the sheer amount of granular customization available in the settings, but the most valuable aspect of this app is that it is extremely light-weight. There are so many bloated gallery plugins out here that I'm highly appreciative of this aspect of the plugin alone. I've learned the settings and can get along with them just fine now that I'm past the curve. At one point I did reach out to plugin author and he was very responsive.

JIG has been a must-have plugin for me. An essential complement to NextGen. The author has been excellent about following up whenever I've had a question, keeps his plugin up to date, and has even implemented suggestions to the plugin.
