This is a great product, with all the options you could want/need, but what really garners this 5-star review is your *utterly awesome* customer support. You respond so quickly comments/questions and seem genuinely interested in how I'm using the plugin and whether a way you're thinking of adding functionality would be useful. Perfect, looks great - works great, and very easy for the end client to manage galleries in a standard WordPress way. Couldn't ask more from a plugin.
