This is a lifesaver when it comes to creating websites that should be updated by the client! No more backend access just to upload 4-5 pictures of a company picnic. I use Flickr as the main hub for galleries and is easier to teach the client how to create albums in an external site like Flickr or Facebook.

This is a great product, with all the options you could want/need, but what really garners this 5-star review is your *utterly awesome* customer support. You respond so quickly comments/questions and seem genuinely interested in how I'm using the plugin and whether a way you're thinking of adding functionality would be useful.
