It's ideal for someone like me, who's very pernickety about how their images look online and wants something a bit unique, yet knows extremely little of the tech side of design/development. Found it easy to set up and use, logical settings, thorough documentation. A really good choice of pre-set options that can be modified further. When I was looking around for a product like this I was amazed that something this good existed, and at such good value as well. Then, when I wanted to push the already incredible features that little bit further with some extra functionality, the support I received from Firsh was outstanding.
