Customizablility, customer support, design quality, flexibility, feature availability, documentation quality - full marks on all of these. A great plugin in every respect. Code quality and bugs I cannot rate - I don't understand enough about coding. But everything has always worked, without fail. A rating in itself. Excellent plugin! One of the best plugins for creating galleries and making your images look good. Very easy to work with, lots of options for customizing photos and lightboxes. I have used it for more than 2 years and had no problems at all. Regular updates and extremely helpful and friendly support. Highly recommended!!!
