Your access to and use of the services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms that apply to all visitors and customers. By accessing or using the services you agree to be bound by these terms.

Support service

Any information you provide during a support request is handled according to the Privacy Policy. For a problem to be solved, you may be required to provide administrative access to your website. Reasonable efforts can be expected to solve your problem, however 3rd party conflicts and incompatibility is out of scope of support. During problem solving, plugins on your site and your theme may be disabled, and your website may be inaccessible for a brief amount of time. If this is unacceptable, mention that the site in question is a production site at the point of requesting support. Support assumes you have made a backup of your site and will not make backups for you prior to any changes. Settings and presets of the plugin may be changed or even wiped at the support provider's sole discretion. We take no responsibility for any kind of loss arising from the actions of the support provider.

Automatic update service

Upon purchasing the plugin on the CodeCanyon marketplace, you receive a purchase code with your license. You are entitled for complimentary automatic updates on one site per license, provided you add this purchase code to the settings of the plugin. Do not abuse the service by making any kind of requests toward the automatic update service that are not initiated by the built-in WordPress plugin update. Your access to the automatic update service can be terminated at any time. Updates may get pushed to you earlier than official release on CodeCanyon. It's your responsibility to read the changelog carefully before updating. Updates may carry design changes or removal of previously used features which you rely on. Any change you or a support provider made to the plugin - prior to updating - will be lost. We cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from updating nor we are obliged to re-customize the new version.

Presales support service

Your questions regarding features and capabilities will be answered even without a purchase. However, any inquiry related to actual use of the plugin will need to pass though purchase verification and CodeCanyon support status check first. In case the proof of purchase is not available, the support service will be limited to presales questions.

Customization and consulting service

In rare cases, a support provider may offer you paid customization and consulting services. These services may not be available at all times. Due to usually very busy schedules, up to 4 hours of work can be considered and projects longer than that are out of scope of these services. Hourly rates depend on complexity and are disclosed at the point of request. It's not possible to negotiate a project-based flat fee. Billing is done in 30-minute intervals and denominated in USD or your local currency with an extra 10% FX rate. Compensation must be transferred though a payment service both parties find optimal. The fee is only asked upon satisfaction, usually before handling over the completed work. We do not ask for upfront payments.

This website and the plugin contains links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by us, we assume no responsibility for the content or practices of these sites. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable, for any damage or loss caused by use such content or services available on those web sites.

Changes

We reserve the right, to modify or replace these terms at any time with 30 days notice prior to any substantial terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use the services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the services.

Future

We may make statements regarding planned or future development efforts for our existing or new products and services. These statements are not intended to be a promise or guarantee of future availability of products, services or features but merely reflect our current plans and are based on factors currently known to us. These planned and future development efforts may change without notice. Purchasing decisions should not be made upon reliance on these statements.
